Monday, 14 October 2024 saw the start of the fourth edition of ‘Educhef’ for Unipd staff, the food education course that focuses on sustainability in the kitchen, offering recipes that are economical, waste-conscious, reuse waste and have a low environmental impact.
The School of Engineering at the University of Padua has set up the MILLE Project, an innovative and multidisciplinary online continuing education programme in the fields of raw materials, sustainability, design for circularity and traceability methodologies.
