AUSF – University of Padua Forestry Association
Founded by a group of forestry students in the ‘90s, AUSF is nonpartisan, nonprofit association committed to the dissemination of knowledge related to the environment. Previously open only to forestry students, the association has been open to all students from to all degree courses over the last few years.
The international and multidisciplinary Enactus Padova Team develops innovative projects that drive positive social, economic and environmental change in line with the Sustainability Goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda. The Enactus Padova team is a collaboration between the University of Padua and the Enactus Italia organization.
LEDS – Energy & Electrical Engineering Students Association
LEDS is a nonpartisan and non-profit student association founded in 2012 by a group of Energy and Electrical engineering students from the University of Padua. LEDS offers students the opportunity to enrich their training by deepening their understanding of the most current and innovative issues concerning the world of energy and the environment.
Association of Padua (Osteria Volante) Social promotion association active since 2010. It organizes meetings on economic, environmental and political-moral issues to promote values of cultural exchange and pluralism of knowledge. Since 2017, Osteria Volante has been involved in the promotion and coordination of international cooperation projects for local development in non-European countries.
The University of Padua Metis Sailing Team offers students from different degree courses to share in their collective passion for sailing and environmental sustainability. The goal is to construct and sail environmentally friendly vessels for inter-university competitions. Students aim to design vessels that are more sustainable by using recyclable materials within a circular economy context.
The Quartodilitro Motocycling Team
Founded in 2014, the multidisciplinary student team aims to design, create, and build innovative motorcycle prototypes, including electric motors, to participate in competitive events.
SustainAbility SustainABILITY is a project created by students from various degree programs. The project aims to promote and bring awareness to sustainability issues under various social, environmental and economic context within the university community.
Founded in 2020 by a group of University master’s degree students pursuing their studies in Human Rights and Multilevel Governance to promote diversity, inclusion and equity in all within the community through the guiding principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
The University of Padua United of Nepal student group from the Human Rights and Multi-level Governance program It formed in response to the earthquake that hit Nepal on 25 April 2015. At first, the aim of the group was to provide direct aid to the victims of the disaster, but the group continued its fundraising activity extending it to other objectives, such as the social inclusion of disadvantaged groups in rural areas of Nepal.
UniZEB is the first sustainable building laboratory for students and doctoral students of the University of Padua, whose goal is the design and construction of a zero-energy building, which meets precise parameters of sustainability and innovation, following the guidelines of the international Solar Decathlon competition.
