The last events of the ‘Padova meets Santa Cruz’ event are coming to an end in these days. On Friday 13 September, the Santa Cruz vs UNIPD men’s rugby 15-a-side match will take place, while the final ceremony will take place on Saturday 14 at the Centro Universitario Sportivo – CUS Padova, where the winning team will be awarded the trophy.
From August 30 to September 16, 2024, the event “Padua meets Santa Cruz” two weeks dedicated to sports and culture will be held in Padua as part of the bilateral agreement between the University of Padua and the University of California Santa Cruz (UCSC) organized with the collaboration of CUS Padua and the Alumni Association.
On 14-16 June, the first inter-university chess tournament organised by the Alma Mater Studiorum will be held in the historic Aula Magna of the University Library of Bologna. An unprecedented event that will see a student team from the University of Padua compete against others from sixteen of the world’s most prestigious universities.
