Once again this year, the University of Padua confirms its participation in the Padua Marathon, which will celebrate its 25th anniversary on Sunday, April 27. 550 members of the academic community will run in the various running events scheduled, marking an increase in registrations compared to 2024 of 128 percent for the competitive races and 50 percent for the Stracittadine.
The First National NORD Students, Cadets, University and Masters Meeting at Lake Candia in Candia Canavese (TO) took place on Sunday 23 March 2025. The University of Padua inaugurated the competitive season by defying the bad weather and racking up medals.
On Monday 10 March, the official ceremony was held to present the Magnificent Rector with the awards and plaques won by the University of Padua’s sailing, rowing and chess teams in competitions over the past two years. It was a high moment of celebration, recognition and testimony to the commitment and sporting achievements of the academic community.
