The call for entries for the Emilio D’Alessio Award – 2025 Edition is now online

The call for entries for the 2025 edition of the Emilio D’Alessio Award is now online. The award is dedicated to degree theses that address issues related to sustainable and integrated land management, with a particular focus on the role played by local authorities.
The award is open to students from any Italian university who have written a thesis (bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral) on environmental, territorial, urban and sustainable development issues.
The aim is to promote projects that offer innovative perspectives and make a concrete contribution to the evolution of sustainable development culture, including in relation to European policies implemented at local level.
Among the topics of particular interest:
environment and climate change
management and enhancement of the territory
participatory planning
innovative territorial economic models
Entries that address little-explored aspects and offer solutions applicable in urban and local contexts will be particularly appreciated.
