The second cooking workshop “Quick, tasty, and sustainable cooking”will beheld on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, from 5:30 PM to 7:45 PM, at theCampagna Amica Covered Market on Via Vicenza 23.
The initiative, part of the Unipd program for the 2025 Sustainable Development Festival, is promoted byColdiretti in collaboration with the Public Engagement Office – Involvement and Sustainability Sector of the University of Padua. Its aim is to raise awareness among citizens about healthy and mindful eating, while respecting the environment and resources.
The participants will be guided by Agrichef Marianna Bonello,an expert in promoting local products and traditional cuisine. The workshop includes practical exercises, useful tips for optimizing time in the kitchen without sacrificing taste, and a focus on choosing high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.
The event isfree but has limited capacity, with a maximum of20 participants..
