The University of Padua joins the RUS Coordination Committee for the three-year period 2025-2027

Last December 2024, the new RUS Coordination Committee was elected for the three-year period 2025-2027, which will have the task of directing and monitoring the activities of the Network of Universities for Sustainable Development, defining specific Working Groups on topics considered priorities for achieving the institutional objectives.
The new committee also includes the University of Padua among its members, represented by the Vice rector for sustainability, Professor Francesca da Porto.
This is an important role, which the University, already a RUS member since 2016, will play for the next two years and which continues the commitment carried out in recent years within the Network alreadywith thecoordinating role of the Inclusion and Social Justice Working Group.
Our congratulations to Vice rector Francesca da Porto for this important appointment and best wishes to the new committee for the work it will do from here on in strengthening sustainable actions within and outside the academic community.
