ANPE promotes research: new calls on insulation and innovation in polyurethanes open

ANPE – National Association for Rigid Polyurethane Foam is pleased to announce the publication of two new calls for competition aimed at university students and young researchers. The initiative is part of the activities promoted by the Association to encourage research, innovation and sustainability in the use of rigid polyurethane foam.
The tenders cover two areas of particular relevance to the sector:
Use of polyurethane insulation in high energy-efficiency projects
The competition aims to award theses, studies or research projects that have emphasised the use of rigid polyurethane foam in buildings, plants or artefacts with high energy performance.Studies and research on chemical and technological aspects of the production of rigid polyurethane foam
This second call for papers addresses issues related to the chemistry, technology and industrial applications of rigid polyurethane foam, with a focus on innovation, sustainability and optimisation of production processes.
The competitions are aimed at:
university students who have defended dissertations or doctoral theses on the above topics;
young researchers engaged in projects or publications related to improving the quality and sustainability of the built environment through the use of rigid polyurethane foam.
Through these calls, ANPE intends to promote greater dissemination of scientific and technological knowledge on rigid polyurethane foams, stimulating the development of innovative and sustainable solutions that are fundamental for the future of the building and insulation materials industry.
All details concerning the participation requirements, the submission modalities and the prizes to be awarded are contained in the documents attached to the calls:
