Just The Woman I Am – JTWIA is the event that since 2014, through a 5-kilometre run/walk open to all, has been raising funds for university health and cancer research, promoting and supporting prevention, healthy lifestyles, inclusion and gender equality.

The event, which takes place strictly in the first week of March to coincide with International Women’s Day, takes place in Turin and includes, in addition to the walk, various initiatives and meetings focusing on prevention and the promotion of healthy lifestyles.

The JTWIA is not only a 5 kilometre race to run and walk, but also an event with a “Prevention and Health Village” offering free prevention visits, consultations, conferences and informative webinars during the event.

The run/walk in which everyone is invited to participate without age limits, either as an individual or as a group, has two ways of joining:

• in presence, in Turin on 9 March 2025
• in Virtual mode (register by 21 February)

In the latter case, you will be able to choose the venue and the route of the 5 km run/walk that you prefer. Each participant can then register his or her participation via a special link that he or she will receive from the organisers close to the event, indicating the time taken and attaching photos of his or her Virtual JTWIA.
