Their project makes the use of recycled plastic for moulding new products more efficient, reducing waste and energy consumption.<\/p>\n<p>The section dedicated to the theme &#8216;Zero-waste and green transition&#8217; awarded the project &#8216;<strong>Robotized waste sorting system<\/strong>&#8216; proposed by the <strong>Department of Information Engineering<\/strong> of the University of Padua with the team comprising Emanuele Menegatti and Alberto Bacchin.<\/p>\n<p>The winner for the &#8216;Farm-to-Fork Resilience&#8217; section was the project &#8216;<strong>Authenticated Chain with a Technological, Ecological and Rapid System (FASTER)<\/strong>&#8216; presented by the <strong>Department of Comparative Biomedicine and Nutrition<\/strong> of the University of Padua with the team made up by Stefania Balzan, Luca Fasolato, Sarah Curr\u00f2 and Pierantonio Facco.
