In this context, the University promotes internal collaborations, between different structures, and external, with national and international realities.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>Research on sustainability<\/h3>\n<p>Every year the research staff of the University of Padua produces <b>more than 600 publications on issues related to sustainability<\/b> (671 in 2020: GreenMetric data limited to the environmental area), which are the output of many projects and research initiatives on the subject. In order to enhance this wealth of knowledge and innovation and to support its further development, the University is committed <b>to investing in funding lines, research grants<\/b> and <b><i>call for proposals<\/i><\/b> <b>dedicated to the 17 SDGs of the UN Agenda 2030<\/b> and to launch initiatives for <b>mapping and communication of results<\/b>. These goals have also been incorporated into the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unipd.it\/carta-europea-codice-reclutamento-ricercatori\">2021-2023 Action Plan developed as part of the accreditation to &#8220;<b>HR Excellence in Research&#8221;<\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>Centers and interdisciplinary research<\/h3>\n<p>Several centers, interdepartmental research centers, laboratories, observatories and study centers are active in the University, some of which are dedicated to inter- and transdisciplinary research on Agenda 2030 issues.
