Anime Verdi reopens Padua’s most beautiful gardens: open call for young volunteers for the new edition of the Festival.

On Saturday, May 17 and Sunday, May 18, 2025, “Anime Verdi”returns — the festival that opens up the most beautiful, curious, and unexpected green spaces in the historic center of Padua, allowing the public to discover their beauty, history, and the stories of those who care for them.

Now in its eighth edition, the event promotesbeauty,landscape, andsustainability,giving visitors the chance to experience a surprising and lesser-known side of the city — among centuries-old trees, exotic plants, lawns, hedges, blooming flowers, and architecture steeped in history.

Over 500 young people have participated in past editions as garden guardians. The 2025 edition brings once again the opportunity to live a unique experience full of beauty, learning, and fun.

If you are a student between the ages of 15 and 35 , you can apply to become a volunteer for the two festival days. Once assigned to a garden, your role will be to ensure the space is respected and that all visitors are wearing the bracelet that grants access to the gardens.
Volunteers are also required to attend a preparatory meeting on Tuesday, May 13.
