AIESEC is looking for young people to join the programme that promotes international mobility and develops leadership skills
The independent non-profit youth association AIESEC, established with the aim of promoting international student mobility, is looking for new members who want to gain practical experience in developing leadership skills.
Specifically, the AIESEC Member programme is committed to helping young people improve their leadership skills by guiding them on a personalised, relevant and measurable pathway, connecting them to a global network of youth organisations and partners.
These are the areas of placement:
- Marketing area: responsible for creating content and communication materials and presenting AIESEC programmes to young students in order to promote the association through classroom presentations and cooperation with external associations;
- Outgoing Global Talent area: aims to help young people find work and collaboration opportunities in Italy and abroad, helping them throughout the
search and selection process;
- Outgoing Global Volunteer area: coordinates people who want to leave for a volunteering experience abroad or who want to work with international committees
Those wishing to participate must meet the following requirements:
- Time availability and attendance: the AIESEC experience requires between 6 and 8 hours per week; most activities take place in presence.
- Motivation and desire for growthAIESEC aims to provide excellent training for the young people participating in the programme, so that they can enter national and international working environments with solid practical and leadership skills. For this reason, strong motivation, proactivity and commitment are required.
